Recently, the Export-Import Bank has successfully issued 4 billion yuan of thematic financial bonds in the interbank bond market to support the development of the Chengdu-Chongqing region, with a maturity of 2 years, which was widely participated and subscribed by market investors. The successful issuance of this thematic financial bond is another practical measure for Eximbank to closely combine the needs of regional development with Eximbank's ability to actively promote the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities Economic Circle. The proceeds will be used exclusively to support major projects and key industries in the Chengdu-Chongqing region.
